BitQuick Review
BitQuick is a platform which allows users to sell and buy Bitcoins directly. It seems to be quite easy: a seller get deposit from a buyer and the Bitcoins are sent.
First look at BitQuick is pretty nice. They have worked with the usability and the whole design. It is easy to find information and understand what they want to say.
The company was founded on August, 2013. It is still young and have a lack of experience compared to other teams.
The main server is located in Canada so the service is more appropriate for people in North America.
A little unfortunate that BitQuick did not provide an information on the size of their turnover. We can see just on their website that they have sold about 4300 BTCs.
There is an option to trade USD, Eur, Indian Rupee (INR) and Taiwan Dollar TWD. BitQuick has a little bit more currencies compared to other exchanges.
What is more, this service charges from 1 % to 2 % fee. It is not the lowest fee but there is another great benefit of this exchange.
The time of withdrawal is just 3 hours. Yes, many providers state that they provide an instant withdrawal but in reality this happens very rarely.
To give an option just to write them an email is a big disadvantage. A solid company must have at least the ability to call them.
BitQuick also provides just 256 bit SSL encryption while other providers have stronger encryption.
We liked:
- How the information is set out in
- Possibility to trade 4 currencies
- Deposits & withdrawals
- Size of the fees
- Friendly support team
We weren’t so sure about:
- The level of encryption
- A very young company
We hated:
- No phone number
Support was great, but the exchange has some bugs in it. Maybe they will improve soon!
